Featured customer build. Its E70 setup is not an OTS map specification.
CHOOSE YOUR TUNING PLATFORM
COBB and open-source options.
Base-map and custom e-tune inquiries are welcome for COBB Accessport, open-source tuning, EcuFlash, RomRaider and Atlas. Select your software in the request form and include your ECU or ROM identification, interface and software version when available.
Support depends on your exact vehicle, ECU, available definitions and hardware. Keith reviews compatibility and confirms the service scope before invoicing. The WRX OTS catalog below has its own fitment requirements; selecting a platform does not make an OTS map compatible.
A starting calibration for your approved vehicle and hardware combination. Keith confirms compatibility, intended use and the scope of the service before payment.
A base map is a starting point, not a completed custom tune. Follow Keith’s instructions for its use. Any follow-up tuning or revisions must be agreed with Keith; the $400 custom e-tune package includes 8 revisions for most setups.
A custom calibration developed through an agreed remote datalog and revision process. Most e-tunes are $400 with 8 revisions; Keith confirms compatibility and the scope of your particular build before payment.
Subaru WRX and STI are a core focus. Request COBB Accessport, open-source, EcuFlash, RomRaider or Atlas tuning; other vehicle applications are considered individually. Keith confirms the exact vehicle, ECU and software compatibility before payment.
Tell Keith about your parts, fuel, current tune and goals. Changes to hardware or fuel, diagnostic work and unusual combinations may require a different scope.
Start with the setup review below. Once Keith approves your vehicle and scope, he will send a customer-specific QuickBooks invoice with an online payment option. After payment is confirmed, Keith sends your onboarding instructions. Submitting this form does not place an order or reserve a start date.
Initial map delivery and each agreed tuning revision are usually completed the same business day and will not exceed one business day once everything needed is received.
Initial delivery: the clock starts once Keith has approved your setup, payment is confirmed and all required vehicle details and files have been received.
Revisions: the clock starts when Keith receives the complete requested datalogs and feedback. Send them in the same email thread with your inquiry reference.
Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Pacific. Requests received outside these hours begin the next business day; weekends are not business days.
This turnaround applies to each file delivery or revision, not completion of the entire tuning process. Time spent collecting logs, supplying missing information or resolving vehicle issues is separate. Keith will explain what is needed if work cannot proceed.
Most $400 custom e-tunes include 8 revisions. Hardware or fuel changes, diagnostic work and additional revisions may require a revised scope agreed before work continues.
YOUR TUNE, STEP BY STEP
Review first. Then tune.
Send your setup. Include exact parts, fuel, transmission and current tune. Keep your inquiry reference.
Keith confirms the plan. Compatibility, price, included revisions and expected timing are agreed before payment.
Pay your QuickBooks invoice. Your invoice identifies your approved setup and inquiry reference.
Receive your instructions. Once payment is confirmed, Keith explains the next steps and how to submit datalogs.
Work through revisions. Keep replies in the same email thread. Keith tracks files and revisions against your inquiry reference.
Most custom e-tunes are $400 with 8 revisions. Hardware or fuel changes and diagnostic work may need a revised scope. File downloads do not count as tuning revisions.
Maps are not available to purchase here yet. An OTS map is preconfigured for a defined setup; individual datalog-based revisions belong to the custom e-tune process.
