Calibrations LLC operates Tuned by Keith. This policy explains how information is used when you visit the website, contact Keith or use the tuning order portal.
Information you provide
Inquiries and tuning projects may include your name, email address, contact details, vehicle and ECU identification, ROM information, modifications, fuel, requested service, messages, datalogs and tune files. Order records may include invoice identifiers, payment status, revision history and download or receipt acknowledgments.
Send only information needed for your project. Do not include passwords or payment-card details in messages or datalogs.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to inquiries, check compatibility, provide tuning services, review logs, deliver revisions, track orders and maintain accounting records. Order notifications support that workflow; replies to notification emails do not automatically become portal messages.
Service providers
The public website is hosted on Vercel. Website inquiry forms use FormSubmit to deliver messages. The order system uses Cloudflare Workers, D1 and private R2 storage for application processing, records and files. Microsoft 365 is used for email notifications.
QuickBooks Online is used for invoices and related accounting information. When you pay through an Intuit-hosted payment page, payment details are entered with Intuit rather than into this website’s contact form. The accounting connection is for Calibrations LLC’s order administration; customers do not need to connect their own QuickBooks accounts.
Website measurement
Vercel Web Analytics measures website traffic. Campaign labels in links, such as the source of a visit, may be kept in browser session storage and included with an inquiry so we can understand how customers found us. Our analytics integration does not send inquiry-field contents and removes URL fragments and non-campaign query parameters before sending page URLs.
File retention
Our retention policy for customer datalogs and tune files is 24 months after the last activity on the associated tuning project. Accounting records are handled separately under applicable retention requirements. Automatic file cleanup is not currently enabled; contact Keith about a deletion request or the status of a particular file.
Access and requests
Order files are intended for the customer and authorized project administration. Keep private order links private. Contact Keith to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your project. Some records may need to be retained for accounting requirements or to resolve an outstanding transaction or dispute.
