My white 2015 STI makes 750 whp with a Precision Gen 2 6466. It connects my engine-building work with my tuning: a custom closed-deck EJ257 with UEM pistons, Manley rods and GSC head components, years of turbo development and a later Emtron chapter. The archive follows the car through its changing configurations.

A street car with competition in mind.
AWD’s 2016 turbo-development post describes my goal: a daily-driven STI with a useful power band, built around the requirements of the FIS class for events such as Import Face-Off. That balance gives the project its identity—hardware, response and the intended use considered together.
The useful part of a long-running project is seeing how the decisions connect: engine construction, turbo choice, fuel delivery, drivetrain work and calibration. Each stage starts with the hardware actually on the car.
AWD’s original first-start footage documents an early chapter of my white 2015 STI. The car continued to develop after this video; the engine and hardware section below describes my 750-whp combination.
My development brief focused on a daily-driven STI with a useful power band and competition in mind. That work led to the Precision Gen 2 6466 combination featured here.
AWD documents removal of my 2015 STI gearbox for a refresh ahead of a February 1 local meet. The post connects the same personal car with continued drivetrain work years after the original engine build.
AWD’s video titled 2015 STi Emtron LC testing shows the white STI on the dyno. Its description identifies an Emtron KV8 and testing of motorsport functions. This is setup footage, not a timed acceleration run or a peak-power measurement.
The event archive follows my white STI through the paddock, staging area and burnout box. The original photos and video add the track-day chapter to the workshop development shown above.
Explore the completed car and engine bay, from the AWD workshop to sunset photos. These original photographs show different chapters of the build; the development timeline separates the dated stages.
