CALIBRATION BY KEITH FIELDS
The hardware and the tune, together.
Corey Jones’s white 2005 STI pairs a built engine with a Precision 6466 and standalone Haltech management. I calibrated this combination on E80. AWD’s June 2024 feature also identifies Radium Engineering and Fuel Injector Clinic fueling components, plus a rebuilt six-speed transmission.
For your own project, the complete combination matters: fuel delivery, sensors, boost control and mechanical condition all shape the calibration work. Share that information when you inquire so we can plan the session around your car.
THE FINISHED BUILD · SEPTEMBER 13, 2024
Corey’s final tuning session.
AWD’s September feature follows Corey’s white 2005 STI back for its final round of tuning. The post identifies Corey and his @blob_sti_guy account, and celebrates the finished car’s nearly 750-awhp performance. The original E80 report below records the precise 739 hp / 557 lb-ft result.

How the combination came together
The earlier June 28 feature introduced the IAG long-block, rebuilt six-speed, Precision turbo, Radium and Fuel Injector Clinic fueling, and Haltech management ahead of final tuning. Together, the two features show the project progressing from its hardware package to the finished calibration.
